How do I start a meal plan?
Pick a size above, choose weekly or monthly and pickup or delivery, then set your dishes and days. You only create an account at the last step, once you know exactly what you're paying.
Can I pause or skip days?
Yes. Pause your plan or skip individual days anytime from your account — a skipped day isn't burned, your plan simply stretches within its validity window.
How much is delivery?
Delivery adds a flat amount to every plan — shown on each card when you switch to Delivery. Some further neighbourhoods add a small flat area fee per plan; your postal code sets it automatically and it's always shown before you pay. Pickup from our kitchen is always free.
What's inside a tiffin?
A homemade thali — sabji, dal, rice and rotis, with a different menu every weekday. The portion table on each plan shows exactly how much of each you get.
Is everything vegetarian?
Always. Every dish is 100% pure vegetarian, cooked fresh each morning from traditional family recipes.
How does billing work?
Plans are prepaid — a weekly pack of 5 meals, or a monthly pack of 20. There are no automatic charges: you renew when you choose. Pay by card at checkout, or by Interac e-Transfer before the plan starts. Every payment is final — see our refund policy.
Can I get a refund?
No. Plans, the trial tiffin and takeout orders are paid for in advance and all payments are final — there are no refunds, in full or in part, including for meals you don't use. What you can do is skip days, pause the plan, change your days or address, or pick a different plan when you renew. Read the refund policy before you pay.
Will you message me on WhatsApp?
Yes — WhatsApp updates are switched on for every plan, at the phone number you give us. You get a photo from the driver the moment your box is delivered, a heads-up when your plan is running low, and our weekly menu and offers. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or ask us to stop only the menus and offers. See our privacy policy.
